Principle Overview:
This equipment is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the horizontal direction. The combined excitation force in the vertical direction is transmitted across the entire screen surface, causing the screening machine to move in a straight line. The direction of the excitation force forms an angle with the screen surface. Under the combined effect of the excitation force and the material's gravitational force, the material is thrown and leaps forward in a straight-line motion on the screen surface, achieving the purpose of screening and classification.

Low motor power, generally only 1/4 to 1/5 of other types of screens.

Small load transmitted to the foundation, with no need for special foundation treatment.

Suitable for dewatering, desliming, de-liquefying, and removing heavy media in heavy medium beneficiation processes.
